Each individual may hold only one registered account on the phlagu Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlagu reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to phlagu's satisfaction. phlagu reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlagu account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phlagu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify phlagu immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phlagu recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
phlagu supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:
phlagu does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card. These payment methods are prohibited in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming transactions.

All transactions on the phlagu Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phlagu is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your phlagu account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. phlagu reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
phlagu reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit, and to close the associated account, if phlagu determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. phlagu reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome bonus and to reverse any bonus credited in error.
Each game available on the phlagu Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phlagu use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all RNG-based games are published within the game information section of the Platform.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG manipulation. phlagu does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond ensuring the integrity of the streaming and betting interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, phlagu reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phlagu's decision in respect of any malfunction is final.
phlagu is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules upon reconnection.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phlagu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlagu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phlagu's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Disclaimer: The phlagu Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlagu makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
phlagu collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the phlagu Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phlagu complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
phlagu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phlagu will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the phlagu Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
You may close your phlagu account at any time by contacting phlagu's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
phlagu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phlagu determines in its reasonable discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure by phlagu due to a breach of these Terms, phlagu reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlagu Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phlagu's operations are structured to align with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by phlagu may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
